dkein's Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using the dkein platform — full guidelines on accounts, bonuses, payments, and responsible gaming are included here.

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the dkein platform and all its services. By creating an account on dkein or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

1 General Provisions

dkein is an online betting and casino platform operated for users in Bangladesh. The platform offers sports betting, casino games, slots, and a range of other entertainment services.

These Terms are governed in accordance with applicable laws of Bangladesh. All dkein services are fully available in English and 24/7 support is ensured for users' convenience.

These Terms may apply separately to each service. Additional terms specific to certain promotions or bonuses will also apply where relevant.

dkein reserves the right to modify, add to, or cancel these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes are made will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to participate on the dkein platform. Services on this platform are available to users aged 21 and above only. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating or using an account.

Providing false information during age verification will result in immediate account termination and all funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Registration Process

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. Only one account per person is permitted. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses earned will be cancelled.

Information required at registration includes: full name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment method details. It is the user's responsibility to keep this information accurate and up to date.

2.3 Geographic Restrictions

dkein is operated for users in Bangladesh. Access to the platform may be restricted from certain countries or regions. Users are solely responsible for complying with the applicable laws of their own country.

3 Account Management

3.1 Login & Security

Keeping your dkein account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Sharing account details with third parties is strictly prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Account Verification

dkein may request supporting documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. Accounts may be restricted if the required documents are not submitted.

3.3 Account Closure

Users may request to close their account at any time through the support team. Any remaining balance should be withdrawn before closing the account. dkein reserves the right to close or suspend an account in the event of a breach of these Terms.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently accepted on the dkein platform:

  • bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service
  • Nagad — the digital payment service of the postal department
  • Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service

4.2 Minimum Deposit Amount

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

4.3 Withdrawal Process

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Account verification must be completed before withdrawals can be made. The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used.

4.4 Transaction Security

All transactions on the dkein platform are secured with SSL encryption technology. If any unusual transaction is detected, it may be temporarily suspended for security purposes and account verification may be requested.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

  • Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000
  • Deposit ৳16,000 → ৳15,000 bonus (maximum limit) → total balance ৳31,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing a bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 in wagers must be completed before withdrawing winnings earned from the bonus.

Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only, not to the deposit amount.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus applies only once per account.
  • Wagering must be completed before making a withdrawal while a bonus is active.
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically stated in the terms.
  • dkein reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend any bonus or promotion at any time.
  • A bonus may be cancelled if there is a breach of terms or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. The outcome of a bet is determined based on the final result of the relevant game or event.

6.2 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers the opportunity to bet on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Betting odds are subject to change and may be updated until an event begins. The user is responsible for any incomplete bets caused by loss of internet connection.

6.3 Casino Games

Casino games are generally operated through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures impartial and fair outcomes. Each game has its own rules and payout structure, which are displayed in the game interface.

6.4 Technical Errors

If a bet or game is left incomplete due to a technical error, dkein reserves the right to refund the bet amount where applicable. In such cases, the final decision rests with dkein.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dkein platform:

  • Creating or operating multiple accounts.
  • Placing bets strategically with the intent of circumventing bonus terms.
  • Using automated software, bots, or any other program to operate an account.
  • Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
  • Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform.
  • Impersonating another user or using another user's account.
  • Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.
If any of the above activities are suspected, the account will be immediately suspended and permanently terminated if necessary.

8 Responsible Gaming

dkein believes that betting and gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial stress. We place responsible gaming at the core of our services.

8.1 Setting Gaming Limits

Users can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Options for a temporary break or permanent self-exclusion are also available.

8.2 Signs of Problem Gaming

10 Service Suspension & Termination

dkein reserves the right to temporarily suspend services without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • If a security risk or suspicion of fraud arises.
  • For legal or regulatory reasons.
  • In the event of unexpected technical issues.

During a service suspension, dkein will take appropriate action regarding any incomplete transactions and will inform the relevant users.

11 Limitation of Liability

dkein is committed to operating a safe and fair platform at all times. However, dkein is not liable in the following cases:

  • Loss caused by the user's own negligence or error.
  • Delays or issues caused by third-party payment service providers.
  • Loss caused by internet connection disruption.
  • Issues arising from the user's device or software.
  • Consequences arising against the user as a result of violating applicable laws.

In the event of any dispute, dkein's decision will be considered final, however users will have the opportunity to raise an objection through support channels.

12 Changes to Terms

dkein reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified through the platform in the event of significant changes.

Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms. It is therefore recommended that you visit this page regularly.
